Virtual trip to Ancient Corinth

As part of the topic "How to Discover the History of My Country" of Environmental Studies, 1st Grade took a virtual trip to Ancient Corinth (Skype Virtual Field Trip - Skype in the Classroom).

The children were connected via Skype with American archaeologist Katie Petrole, who guided them around the archaeological site, the Museum and the various workplaces and excavations. He spoke to them about the constant and uninterrupted history of the city, which has been inhabited for more than 8,000 years. She showed them finds and narrated the myth of Bellerophon and Pegasus, the legendary flying horse, and gladly answered all their questions.
