42nd Online National Selection Conference by the European Youth Parliament of Greece (Pre - Event)
On Saturday, December 19, 2020, from 10:00 to 15:30, the Pre - Event of the 42nd National Selection Conference was held by the European Youth Parliament of Greece. The online event was attended by students P. Tzartzi (11th Grade), K. Karagitsi, M. - L. Samozi and P. Marmaridou (10th Grade).
The teleconference was organized by members of the presidency and the organizing committee of EYP Greece. They invited a large number of young people from all over Greece to participate and to come in direct contact with the EYP world. At the same time, the participants were given the opportunity to live the real experience of participating in an EYP conference, through a three-hour simulation. Those who participated were able to get to better know their peers from all over Greece through the Team Building process.
During the Committee Work, the participants were divided into 4 different committees with issues that differed in both content and resolution. They were called upon to resolve these issues within three hours, through feasible and effective means of dealing with them.
The conference ended with an informative presentation on the actions of the European Youth Parliament of Greece. They encouraged all participants to seize the opportunity and embark on their journey into the world of EYP.
