The Mixed Musical Ensemble “ICHOCHROMATA”, consisting of the Orchestra and Choir of Mandoulides Schools, participated in the 13th International Music Festival of Venice.
The festival opening ceremony was held in the church of Santa Maria de la Pieta of Venice, where each musical group sang 2 religious hymns.
The festival concerts took place at the Α. Vivaldi Theatre, in Lido di Jesolo, where “Ichocromata” presented a tribute to Manos Hadjidakis.
The Greek presence was much applauded by the large audience and the other musical groups.
The Choir under Eleni Theodoridou’s direction and the Orchestra under Giannis Polymeneri’s direction, who is also responsible for the musical arrangements, gave their best once again, representing the school and our country!
