Case Studies - Project Presentations

Students of the 10th grade presented the work they carried out for the first semester within the framework of the Project course at the Theater of Mandoulides Schools’ Cultural and Sports Center. It is noteworthy that the projects were performed using the Case Studies methodology. Case studies are true or plausible stories containing a scientific dilemma, with economic or ethical implications. Students are asked to decide what the solution will be for themselves, and to support the solution chosen. Therefore, through this process, they acquire new knowledge, especially within the sciences, practice in the implementation of this knowledge, and learn to make decisions in the face of real problems.
