In the 4th Interschool Greek Language Rhetorical Speech Competition for junior high school students that was held at the 2nd Experimental Junior High School, 34 schools took part, including 19 Mandoulides Schools’ students. In Impromptu, 8 out of the 71 students progressed to the semifinals out of which our students I. Liakou, Z. Kamopoulou and A. Vrani ranked 1st, 3rd and 7th respectively. In the final, I. Liakou ranked 1st. In Debate, out of 36 teams, 4 progressed to the semifinals, out of which K. Athanasopoulos’ team ranked 1st and M. Mertzimeki’s team 4th. In the Debate final, K. Athanasopoulos’ team ranked 1st and received the 1st prize for teamwork.
