Graduation Ceremony 2015

In an atmosphere filled with emotion, this year's 12th grade Graduation Ceremony was held on the premises of the Junior - Senior High School. Mr. Georgios Dellios, Dean of the Aristotle University Law School, Professor of Civil, Civil Procedural and Labour Law was the keynote speaker of the event. Mr. Dellios originally referred to his close relationship with the Schools since, as he said, "he was a student and close friend of Evangelos Mantoulidis, a classmate and friend to the tireless Aikaterini Mantoulidou, and father of three children and grandchildren whom he chose to send to this school." Then, addressing the graduates, his daughter among them, "he welcomed them to this novel, most beautiful stage of their life," and having noted parents and teachers’ significant contribution to the graduates’ development so far, he stated: "From today onwards, you are no longer children, you are equal members of society. A society, which, unfortunately, is currently facing a deep crisis for which older generations are responsible. Do not be afraid, it is certain that you shall not be afraid. Seize every opportunity, respond to every challenge".

The closing speech was given by the President of Mandoulides Schools, Mrs. Aikaterini Mantoulidou, who, using the example of the great educator and visionary, Evangelos Mantoulidis, founder of the Schools, said among other things: "It is customary in graduation ceremonies to commemorate great teachers, great benefactors, and established sponsors. We, the great family of Mandoulides Schools, my family and my colleagues, on the graduation day of our 12th grade students, choose to honor the Founder of Mandoulides Schools, the Visionary, the Teacher, the Educator and the Honorable Fighter Evangelos Mantoulidis".

During the event, awards were presented to the graduates who were admitted to top universities in the U.S. and Europe; who won distinctions in international and national competitions in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Information Technology, Forensics, in conferences abroad, in Greek language, music, theater, dance, painting and of course in sports.
