Mandoulides Schools participated for the 5th consecutive year in the AMC 8 competition of the Mathematical Association of America (MAA), held at Mandoulides Schools on Tuesday, November 17th, 2015. Two students were declared winners of the competition: I. Dimoulios (7th grade) and S. Mastoris (8th grade). The following students ranked 1st: I. Dimoulios (7th grade), and S. Mastoris (8th grade); 2nd: T. Tzellos (8th grade), K. Athanasiadis (7th grade), G. Mprouziotis (7th grade), D. Koundouras (7th grade), Ch. Karafyllia (7th grade), and M. Triantafyllidis (7th grade); and 3rd: A. Archipova (8th grade), A. Charizona (7th grade), and K. Markopoulos (7th grade). In these competitions schools from around the world, including Greece, participate. Mandoulides Schools was the only school from Thessaloniki to compete.
