With "Believe in yourself!" as their central slogan, students of 2nd Grade traveled into a magical yet inhospitable field, where the timid short-necked blackbird inhabited. The musical notes of well-known melodies filled the presentation of Lili Lambreli's book "The Short-necked Blackbird", which was held at Konstantinidis Bookstore on Saturday, 25/11.
The value of true friendship, the need to believe in our abilities, as well as the effort for each of us to remove any obstacles we encounter, was the central theme of this book, which sparked the children's interest and gained their attention upon the first reading. During the event, the students had the opportunity to talk with the author’s associates, ask questions and reflect on timeless values of life.
