14 Mandoulides Schools students attended the 66th Model United Nations conference (HMUN), held with the collaboration of Harvard University students in Boston, USA from 21 to 29 January, 2019.

The students were informed on current issues of global concern and tried to defend the interests of the country they represented, Iceland, by taking part in UN simulation sessions.

At the same time, they toured Harvard and MIT top universities, and met with Mandoulides Schools graduates who are studying at Harvard.

As part of their educational trip to Boston, the students visited the Greek Consulate and spoke with Consul General of Greece Mr. Stratos Efthymiou (photo). They also visited the Museum of Science, the Museum of Fine Arts, the New England Aquarium, and other attractions in the center of Boston. Finally, they watched an NBA match at the TD Garden stadium (photo).
