It was with great pleasure that the students of 3rd Grade participated in the presentation of Nina Zafiriou's fourth book “The Bungler”, by Tsiampiris - Pyramida Publications, at Konstantinidis bookstore on Saturday, 19 October.
“The Bungler” tells the adventures of “Rob the Builder”, who travels with a suitcase to the most imposing monuments in the world in order to repair them, as he claims. A tour of major cultural monuments is the key feature of this book, which, along with its excellent illustration, keeps children's interest unabated while its comprehensive texts provide information about the history of each place cited.
After having read the book at school, the students presented their impressions in the form of a play, which they enriched with their own artistic interventions and dedicated to the author. At the end of the presentation, they had the opportunity to discuss with her and take part in interactive games related to the book.
