Reopening of Day Care Centre/Kindergarten/Elementary School
Our primary concern is the safety of our students and employees. Therefore, we constantly prospect for ways to overcome the pandemic crisis as best as possible, having as a priority the health and safety of our students and their families. On Sunday, January 10th 2021, the teaching and administrative staff, as well as our engineers and technicians, will undergo preventive tests for COVID-19, in order to assure the safe return of our students.
As you are already aware of, we are constantly taking preventive measures, in order to reduce the spreading of the virus COVID-19 within the school environment, according to the instructions given by the Ministries in charge and the National Public Health Organization, since the beginning of the pandemic. While the schools were open, from 14/09/2020 to 16/11/2020, the number of infected cases that were found at Mandoulides Schools was very small, permitting the school to remain open and requiring the suspending of only a few classes. Moreover, all of the infected cases were considered “imported” and the virus was not further spread within the school environment.
Thank you for your contribution to our efforts during this difficult time. It is our individual responsibility and positive mindset that will get our children equipped and set a good example for them.
We wish you and your family a better year, full of good health, resilience and hopefulness! May we all be healthy, strong and in solidarity with each other to rise to this challenge that will hopefully end soon.
